Baitbarn.net offers a 30 day return policy on new and unused items. Items must be returned in their original packaging without any wear or tear. All items will be refunded minus shipping costs. You must contact us notifying us of your intent to return the merchandise at chung.baitbarn@gmail.com. We will reply with a RMA number for you to include with your return package. It is your responsibility to handle any shipping and/or taxes incurred with your return.  

It is Baitbarn.net's priority to ensure the package shipped arrives in the best possible condition. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will issue a call tag to have the package picked up from you. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges. Once the item is picked up, a replacement item will be sent out. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will work with the manufacturer to ship the item to you as soon as possible.
